Product Overview
The mother liquor dry evaporator utilizes patented vacuum technology to achieve low-temperature distillation of industrial wastewater under high vacuum conditions. This separates water from waste, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. It is particularly effective for high-concentration waste liquid and sludge with high moisture content, with a treatment efficiency of over 90%.
Using vacuum distillation technology, the material directly crystallizes in a distillation kettle from high-concentration waste liquid. This can reduce the emission of hazardous waste such as sludge and high-concentration waste liquid for enterprises, lowering production costs on one hand and better matching the disposal capacity of current external hazardous waste disposal units on the other.
