Product Overview
The mother liquor dry evaporator utilizes patented vacuum technology to achieve low-temperature distillation of industrial wastewater under high vacuum conditions. This separates water from waste, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. It is particularly effective for high-concentration waste liquid and sludge with high moisture content, with a treatment efficiency of over 90%.
Using vacuum distillation technology, the material directly crystallizes in a distillation kettle from high-concentration waste liquid. This can reduce the emission of hazardous waste such as sludge and high-concentration waste liquid for enterprises, lowering production costs on one hand and better matching the disposal capacity of current external hazardous waste disposal units on the other. It is widely applicable in fields such as surface treatment phosphorus-containing wastewater, membrane filtration, MVR concentrated water to crystallization, PCB electroplating and other heavy metal wastewater solidification, high-salinity wastewater to crystallization, organic solvent limit concentration, chemical industry acid and alkali wastewater salt crystallization, cutting fluid/grinding fluid/release agent limit concentration, oily sludge/sludge drying, etc.
